I've heard Vernon Wells out of those guys, he speaks normally I guess.

The Jays have commercials involving many of their players to get more attendance at games, so you get to hear their voices more than other players would.

Horray for the Latin players who have learned English -- accents, mistakes and all.


And further credit to them for have the ba*** to give media interviews in their second language. I speak a few languages poorly and I have a massive accent in all of them and in no way could make myself sound smart enough to subject myself to media (and fan) scrutinity of my IQ.

I saw about 10 minutes of an interview with David Wright earlier this year. He seems pretty normal...sorta the all-american type I guess.

ive heard numerous wright interviews and he has a sorta high [itcheed voice. Not overly high but not overly deep.
