This is kind of a dumb question with an easy answer I'll bet. My league has a max position start and innings pitched limit. I'm under the limit in every category except 3B, where I'm +2. How can I be over if I start one 3B every day? Is this due to doubleheaders being played?

Thanks for the help ;-D

It's because of off days, so there are 162 games for a team, but more days where baseball is played.

My apologies. I have a nephew named Anfernee, and I know how mad he gets when I call him Anthony. Almost as mad as I get when I think about the fact that my sister named him Anfernee.

Is it the same 3B every time? Teams don't play every day so if you play a 3B every day of the week (meaning you're using more than 1 player), so you'd be ahead of the pace of 162 games played.

If you play only 1 guy, and he's played in every game his team has, its likely that his team has played 2 more games than most teams.

My 3B is A-Rod, and the days the Yanks are off I sub in Chipper.

I thought I was allowed to start one player each day of the baseball season. I get it now. Much obliged fellas. ;-D
