DVD Shrink:

There is a trial version here.
It basically saves the DVD onto your HD and shrinks it down to 4.8 or whatever GB. I can't remember the exact number. Then, you can burn the files that it saves on your HD, using Nero.

Or DVD Decrypter, but I think that one function in Nero allows you to "uncopyright" the disk...

DVD Decryptor lost a court case and was forced to shut down, so there will be no more updates...You might be able to find the program, but it won't update and I suggest not using that because the newer DVDs have better copyrights that Decryptor can't crack.
I suggest getting AnyDVD or any Slysoft brand DVD burning programs.
