I have read posts about keeper leagues that allow you to create contracts for players. For example if a player has a value of $5 dollars you can short term keep him for 1 year at $5. Or you can long term keep him for 3 years and pay $10, $15, $20.
Does anyone know what website allows you to create a keeper league like this?

Most of the time the league is just hosted somewhere like Yahoo or CBS Sportsline and the commish keeps track of contracts/years/money by hand.

Some do, some don't. Check the rules link on your league page on Yahoo, and it will tell you for sure.

I play in a Dyansty league on CBS and their fantasy baseball setup is capable of all the thigs you asked. It's not that expensive either if the costs are split up between everyone in the league.

I am trying to start a 10-12 team roto dynasty league and was wondering if people might be able to provide or direct me to information regarding a host website (yahoo doesn't have minor leaguers available) and set of rules (including roster size, transaction restrictions, frequency of lineup changes, etc.). I also wonder if people might have input regarding the merits of a standard 5x5 roto league versus a 6x6 league (extra categories: OPS & K/BB). Thanks a lot for your help.
