As to your questions, the avatar one is easy, the signature (what's under the posts) is a bit harder, but if you ask really nice, someone might make you one. Here's a link to our logos forum where our artists hang out and can take care if it all for you:

I am looking at the different sites that you can join (mlb.com, yahoo, sportsline.com, etc) and wondering if any one holds an advantage over any of the others in terms of usability and content.

Yahoo is by far and away the best imo. Easiest to use, etc.

ok so now ive got another question...u no those symbols under the users names like madison u have a bunch of them under your name such as moderater and mock drafter...how do u get those or how to u become including in those things

As to the icons, click them and you'll see what each is (opens a new window, just scroll down a little). How to get most of them explain themselves, for the ones that don't, most of those are given out by the mods if we feel the poster has earned them.
