The bigger point about the constitution is no authorization to make moves for others w/o consent.

But it does say you have to do something with your roster in this case. You can't ignore the constitution arbitrarily. The commish needs to do what he needs to do. If it were my league, the punishment for ignoring league rules and defying a hefty majority of the league would be worse.

What gets me just as much is this idiot has let so many "infractions" go to the wayside then he comes to be threatening and all about mine. And it's not like I'm saying I'll never fix it.

right. what you're saying is that you're within the violation of the DL rules (or at least a reasonable interpretation of them) but that the commissioner doesn't have the authority to enforce your rules as it's not in the constitution. simply put, this is horse puckey.

either your league has rules or it doesn't. if it has rules, then it doesn't need additional rules that the commissioner can do something to players who aren't playing by them. put your nose back into joint, take benitez off the dl, and drop some shmuck off your squad. end of story.

Yeah, I cant believe you're mad because he's enforcing the rules you agreed to by joining the league. Maybe not reading the rules/settings is the reason you're not competitive with a good part of the season to go? :-?
