question: I am new and I havent played in this format. Is it wise to start as many pitchers as you can?

Yes, in h2h leagues it's important to get as many starts as possible because you almost always get points. This depends on league scoring but if you don't get minus points for BB or a loss, start as many as you can...

and you have a great pitching staff so you shouldn't have to worry to much about who to start anyway!
