i saw on espn that he left the game in the 7th because of his neck.
didn't see anything on this does anyone have any info???

Neck injury. Out next few days, unknown beyond that.

Rolen's hurt neck is becoming a little concerning now. After three days, he is still suffering from a very stiff neck, and is unable to turn the neck freely. In fact, he winces when he coughs. He started yesterday's game, but was removed in the 6th inning when La Russa didn't think Rolen ought to be playing any more. While Rolen might well battle through this, it will take longer to heal, so expect a good dose of 2or 3 AB games for at least a week.
