I'm losing ratios by so much that if he gets 1 K, then it was a successful start for me.

Shaky first, but cruised after that. 77 pitches in 8 innings is impressive.

Tells you why he's so frustrating. After his past 3 starts, did anyone foresee this?? I bet most people saw the situation, the team and the ballpark and benched him. I know I did. :~(

Vazquez is maddeningly inconsistent, but outings like these keep him on my roster...

I started him..

I started him as well, but only because ERA and WHIP were a lost cause this week (thank you mr Odalis Perez).

Come playoff time, unless I am similarly handicapped late in the matchup, I don't think I could reasonably start him, despite the particulars of any given matchup. Nor could I stomach it.
