Is Lowry hurt?

From KFFL: Aug 17 San Francisco Giants SP Noah Lowry (undisclosed) left the game against the Cincinnati Reds Wednesday, Aug. 17 for an undisclosed reason, after having pitched 8-1/3 innings, according to the Associated Press.


They make it sound like he was hurt... anyone know any more about this?

"In fact, the only thing that could stop Lowry on this night was a blister on his left index finger.

"It's nothing too serious," Lowry said of the blister. "It'll take a couple days to heal, and I'll be back and ready to go in five days.

"I've never run into this problem before. My best guess is probably the humidity out here. That's the only thing I can think of. It was throwing my fastball off later, and the last inning, it just didn't hold up."
