Own the whole DVD set, and for anyone with even a remote interest in WWII, no matter the reason, BoB is a MUST OWN. For the sheer magnitude of event coverage, and detailed look into the common soldier's eyes (even medic perspective in episode 6 i believe?). I won't be able to say how much i absolutly LOVED watching the series with my family and friends. Buy it. Now. ;-D

Simply amazing...the best war movie/series ever produced. I watch episodes often after getting the boxed set. It is my personal #1 DVD I own. The best movies I have ever seen!

Pokerplaya, they have been showing the whole series a lot on the History channel if you want to check it out before renting/buying it.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
