Has he signed with the Angels yet? If so where is he playing?

Yep, it's not a surprise that the top talents in most peoples opinions are still not signed. Upton, Gordon, Maybin, Pelfrey, and Hochevar ... of course 2 of them are Boras guys so it's somewhat expected that they aren't signed yet. If the D'Backs would give Upton a major league contract he would be playing right now, but they don't want to right after they gave Drew one.

He has just signed w/ the Royals today, if anyone was still wondering. Nice to see the Royals get him signed, him and Butler should be a great combo in their line up for the future.
