What you have to do is right click on the link and then click on the properties tab. When the properties box comes up you have to highlight and then copy the URL.

In your sig you type "[url=" (without the quotes of course) then you paste the url that you had copied then you type "]" then you type "Dustin McGowan - The Official Blue Jays Prospect of the Fantasy Baseball Cafe" then you type "[/url]"
