Well, you can just go sit down below by the stairway, there are bunch of chairs or stand out on the centerfield pavilion thing.

Red Sox tickets prices are way too high. $20 for nosebleeds (but they sell out within days) and over $100 for field box. They are much ore via a ticket broker.
