How good is Roy Halladay? Will he continue winning at this pace? Will his second have be more of the same? Is he worth trading a notch closer (Wagner) for?

Halladay was 19-5 last year, he'll do better this year (W wise). If you have other closers to get you saves, I'd do it.
You can't win 9 in a row on luck. You gots to be good.
On the other hand, avoid Cory Lidle.

Halladay for Wagner could be a good deal for both sides. Both are studs at their positions. If you need SP and think you can afford to trade a RP like Wagner for Halladay, that is a good move.
It really ddepends on what your team needs, and your roto standings if you are in a roto league. It is certainly fair.

I believe toronto is going to a 4-man rotation. If this happens, it could be good for Halladay short-term, but near the end of the season, I would expect the fatigue to wear on him.

Echo Nomar's sentiments.

Yep...Toronto has shevled the 4man idea...look at the way Escobar is pitching
secondly...Halladay IS this good...his K to BB ratio is 46-6 over his 9 game streak and his era is under 3 with the exception of the 7 run blow up against Boston
