Major league stadiums you've been to?

Postby MMoNeY24 » Fri Aug 12, 2005 12:02 am

Yankee Stadium
Shea Stadium
Fenway Park
Tropicana Field
Camden Yards
Pro Player Stadium

Those are the ones I've been to. I've been to Shea the most by far because it's less of a hike out from Long Island to get there compared to the Bronx and you can get reasonable tickets most of the time. I definitely like Tropicana when I went last year (they were playing the Sox). It had an awesome environment inside and out and was kept extremely clean. The air conditioning in Florida is a must also. Fenway was great... I'll probably go there again within the next few years, the last and first time I've been that was in 2002 against the A's. Camden Yards and Pro Player I went to when I was pretty young, so I can't really remember what they were like.

Rogers Centre (SkyDome)
Kauffman Stadium
Coors Field
Fenway Park
Olympic Stadium

I think that's it, though I may have gone to a few more when I was young, and didn't know baseball.
The games that I have attended at Coors and Kauffman were by far the best in my opinion. Although Fenway has a great atmosphere.

Camden is sweet. My company my dad works for has a suite there with a view straight down the first base line. It's amazing...big plasma screen, crab cakes, A/C, outdoor seating and indoor seating, crab cakes...

I was there earlier this year for two games vs. the Yanks, one the Yanks lost (dammit) and the other got rained out, but the rainout was bearable because we got to watch some other games on the plasma screen while eating lots of crab cakes. We hung out there for about 30 min after the game finally got called.

And I hate Shea, just for the record.
