Not sure. I know the whole thread turned into a big joke, but I thought the original post might be true. Could have sworn I saw it somewhere other than here too.

Ah well, not like my vote mattered anyway, Raffy's running away with it.

From what I remember, the person who made the thread never gave the answer to where they quoted the story from. It's all rather suspicious to me.

It was made up. It was a play off on Abreu blaming the Home run Derby for his slump, but still Bay was extremely dissapointing in the Derby. Kaz could of done better.

You know id like to see where they just set up an infield and have some underhand softball pitcher and then they see who can hit it past the infield. Maybe Kaz, Hinske and some others can try.

Yeah, that Bay article wasn't real, but a bunch of people sure thought it was real. He wasn't even in a slump like Abreu, hes been pretty good I voted for Raffy. What a moron.

I voted for raffy too, as his dinkness offended my the most. But, really, taking steroids to improve your game, even when you consider the health risks, and the risk of being caught, isn't nearly as stupid as purposely plummeting forty feet into a net when you have no idea as to whether it's strong enough to hold you.

Here's how I see it.

5. Terell Owens. He's a jerk. What did we expect?
4. Raffy. It's not like he's the only steroid user out there. There are many people in baseball who use/have used steroids
3. Kenny Rogers. What he did was wrong, yes, but he was somewhat provoked by the cameraman's refusal to take the camera off him.
2. Idiot Yankee fan. What he did was stupid, but at least it was original. I mean, it was more exciting than the run-of-the mill streaking/running out on the field we often see from fans.
1. Jason Bay. Not hitting a HR in the HR derby, AND not playing in the All-Star game is DINKness. Also, he managed to make himself part of a fake thread on the Fantasy Baseball Cafe . That is the ultimate DINK.
