Screw Nomar. Screw Wood. I love the Cubs, but every day is a possible season-ending injury for both of these guys. I'd love to dump Wood.

Yeah I'm not a fan of Nomar and will be happy when he's somewhere else.

What are the Cubs gonna do at SS next year? They could let Nomar and Neifi go and get someone else (Furcal). My fear is that they'll somehow think its a good idea to re-sign Neifi and platoon him and Ronny Cedeno at SS next season.

The Cubs have money this offseason, unfortunately so does everyone else. :*)

Cubs GM Jim Hendry said he talked to Nomar Garciaparra's agent, Arn Tellem, last week and suggested he "find a better fit" for his client elsewhere.link
