Ever been caught by a league-mate on the cafe?

I started a league here that is mostly comprised of Cafe members.

I think they know who I am when I post...

I figured that this goes on, but how do you maintain the cafe as a resource when your opponents have access to your managerial ponderings?

lolol that is a veryyyyyy good topic,,,,,i have always wondered much the same thing. I haven't FOUND anyone in my league here(or vice versa as far as i know) . however I AM always wondering it. I DO think SOMEONE in my league HAS to be here somewhere but havent found them yet lol.

With all of this banter going on, I sometimes wonder how your leaguemates don't catch on to the fact that you are using this resource. If you are serious enough about fantasy baseball that you are using this message board, it seems likely that some of your fellow managers would also and end up finding out your cafe alter-ego. I've never identified anyone that I play with and (as far as I know) I've never been identified.

Yes, it's happened to me before, but that's when I decided on having an extra username just for trade questions.

A couple of my league mates use the Football Cafe, but I am not so sure about the baseball one. I know one of them knows I post here cause they were over at my house and saw it up on my computer im hoping they all don't start using one of my secret weapons

Yes ive found one. One of hos posts entitled should i pick up Kyle Farnsworth? I then grabbed Farnsworth got a few saves and traded Farns to him 2 weeks later.

I'm in 4 different leagues and all 4 have members that either post or lurk here. I'm usually commenting on players that are on my team so I'm not giving away my hand much.

no one in my league uses this place except maybe one guy, the others are too stupid to be receiving any kind of sound advice.

In my primary ($) league, I've never seen any evidence that another owner is a Cafe member ... at least not that's come to light .
I also joined a roto league through the Cafe and am well aware several of those guys are active here. I tend to restrict my personnel musings to the former league.
