Carl Pavano out for the year

Postby blankman » Wed Aug 10, 2005 3:22 pm

Results from Dr. Andrews announced during the game reveal:

Rotator cuff tendonitis, requiring at least 6 weeks of rest and rehab.

In other words, he's pretty much done.

Well, I've got to go to the bathroom and take a Carl Pavano, if you know what I mean.

Time to drop him if he was eating up your DL spot, gentlemen. What a waste this guy's been.

Wow, I don't think the Yankees season could have been much worse thus far, and now this.

yeah it would have been nice to have him back. but if torre plays his cards right and moves leiter to the bullpen instead of small wen wright comes bak, it wont be too bad. (unless chacon and small completely collapse)
