This report makes me mad
Aug 10 Helton (strained calf) went 1-for-3 with a double and a run scored for Triple-A Colorado Springs on Tuesday. He is eligible to be activated on Wednesday, the Rocky Mountain News reports. "He is going to want to (be activated), there is no question about that," Manager Clint Hurdle said. "The thing we have in our favor is that (the Sky Sox) have two more games there after (Tuesday) if he needs them."
Recommendation: It sounds like the Rockies do not want to rush Helton back. He may see one or two more rehab starts before he is activated.

The Rockies activated Todd Helton (1B) Col from the disabled list, according to the AP. He's been out with a strained left calf that he suffered while running the bases in a game on July 30.
