Can't figure out this team...

I'm in a 10 team Yahoo league. We play 8 position players, 2 utility players, 3 SP's 2 RP's and 3 either SP or RP.
Scoring is: 1b=1pt,2b=2pt,etc, RBI=1,SB=2,BB=1,R=1
Wins=8,S=7,Holds=4,CG=5,IP=2,ER's=-1,Hits=-.5,BB=-.5
My team:
1b=Sexson
2b=E.Young
ss=A-Rod
3b=Rolen
of=Kearns, Ichiro, Giles
Utility=Catolonotto, Winn
Bench= Hildago,Grissom,V.Castilla
SP's= Mussina,Nomo,Schmidt
RP's= S. Williamson, DeJean
P's = Webb, Kinney, Sabathia
Bench = Glavine, Burhele
I picked up Ichiro, Nomo and Winn in recent trades so that helped. I'm at or near the top in power numbers. At or near the bottom in SB's, Wins, Er's...I keep bouncing from 7th to 5th place, but can't seem to make a run...Should I stay pat or make a few trades?

Your offense looks pretty solid. If u could get someone better at 2B go for it, but its solid. u look u need some mroe saves. DeJean and Williamson arent enough. Try to trade maybe one of ur SP's to get another closer. And since ur league counts holds get some middle relievers off free agents.
