That is a much better draft. For starters, you must have picked earlier. A top 3 pick makes it easier. Getting Kent makes you strong at 2 shallow positions. Rolen and Raffy are pretty solid to anchor your corners. Nice infield. Giles/Walker isn't too bad for a start in OF. A good base of a pitching staff, dominant if Johnson and Oswalt return full-strength. Could be good value picks there.

You probably should have gotten some advice on who to take in rounds 13 and on. Dontrelle Will and Brandon Webb are 2 guys I grabbed late to help round out my staff. Eric Byrnes could help you as a 3rd or 4th OF. There's many others, those are just a few I've had success with recently and made sure I got in my mid-season boredom league.

Drafts are different from day to day and I know because I've done quite a few midseason drafts. In any case, I was particularly proud of this one, which I believe was so successful because I preranked my players up to about 115. Don't like Randa at 3B and am not sold on Mora or Griffey, but considering the pitching I got, I think it was overall very successful. Maybe too many young pitchers, but tell me what you think: sixth overall in 12 team 5x5
