Ultimate Question: Should I drop Piazza now?

Postby The Jury » Fri Jun 13, 2003 9:59 pm

I'd like to shore up my pitching by adding a serviceable pitcher like Rick Reed, Kip Wells, or Ryan Franklin, all of whom are available in my league. Will Piazza come back with impact or can I free up a roster spot? (I have about 2 players on my active roster since we only have 2 DL spots, and Piazza is in one, so he's basically on my bench taking up a spot).

try and trade him. trade him tos omeone who thinks they have a shot and may need the "push" he offers. then pick up meeyers or someone off of waivers. use piazza as a springboard if you can. mcuh more abvleauble as trade abit in my opinion --UNLESS you can win right now and need his puish in the playoffs or something. but that is tilla risk if you ask me.
