Randy Johnson (P) NYY will miss his next turn in the rotation because of a bad back, according to the AP. "It's best to be safe," said manager Joe Torre. "If it was October, it would be a different decision." An MRI on Monday showed inflammation of Johnson's lumbar spine. Scott Proctor is a possibility to start in Johnson's place.
