I wouldnt take any of your last 3 in the first round, especially Andruw and Carpenter. I have MCab above Ortiz, Crawford is right around 1st round also as is Sheff. I'd also take Pujols above ARod. There are alot of things I'd change.

I was gonna say the same. I know Carpenter and Andruw definitely wont touch the first round if I have a late pick, and you can't leave Cabrera out if you're putting them in. I like Andruw, but I would be worried taking him that early and I think it's too early for a pitcher (especially when you can get superstud John Patterson later on ). Pujols over A-Rod I would change, although I wouldn't mind either in the early first obviously.
You'd be hard-pressed to draft any pitcher first round except pedro or Santana, but even then only late. Derrek lee is out IMO. I see him hitting .325 tops next year, which means his R/HR/RBI will have to come down a little as well. 1B is way to deep to put him in the first round.
I think 9-12 is totally up for grabs between about 12 guys.
it's too early to get specific about positions where to draft, but no way IMO Carpenter is in the top 12. Most definitely put in Cabs, plus also Crawford or Helton (a down season sure, but he'll be back. I'd give him a long look in a 1 season league at #12) over Jones...

let the debating begin
im sorry but i dont think this is right. Mine would likely be.
1. A-Rod
2. Pujols
3. Vlad
4. Manny
5. Soriano
6. Miggy
7. Tex
8. Tejada
9. D Lee
10. Ortiz
11. Abreu
12. Could be Crawford tho unlikely, i saw a-ram go first round last year so the same thing could go this year, or it would be Santana. I dont know how you can give up on Santana i mean his k's are really high this year, i think hes just getting unlucky.
The Mets will win the World Series this year.

Ok if you want to put helton in there please throw in Beltran and Thome. Two other first round busts. Who's to say helton will get back into form and these guys wont, and beltran prolly went 6 spots higher than helton last year.

serisouly tho, after first 3 its gonna go in all diff directions, after 1st 3, i think Manny, Tejada, Miggy, are clear cut next 3 , then the guys i have after that can go in any order, then it gets interesting, throwing in some arms & the next tiers of sluggers
