He will be going on the DL with torn ligaments in the elbow and Patterson will be recalled. Not sure how long he'll be out, possibly the whole season. I just heard this on the radio so I don't have a lot of details, I'm sure there will be a link sometime tomorrow. Hopefully they will find a way to get Murton in the lineup by switching Burnitz or Lawton but knowing Dusty we'll get Korey back in the lineup

Coery has no business being anywhere near Wrigley field. Murton should start in left and either Lawton of Burnitz can play CF and the other RF. And we bring in a bullpen arm from the minors. but then again I'm not Dusty Baker.

I don't understand why we need both Cedeno and Neifi to back up Nomar though. Hopefully Dusty will play Burnitz in CF and not Macias.
