Waiver priority is listed under the team and manager info. on the league overview page at yahoo.
Waiver priority is the list of who gets first choice of a player who has been dropped. Let's say it's a 12 team league and Tori Hunter is dropped by a team. Hunter goes on waivers. If the team with the #1 priority wants him then they will put in a claim and get him. If they don't want him and the team with the #2 priority claims him then they get him. It goes all the way down to #12 and if no one claims the player then the player becomes a free agent. If the player is claimed off waivers, then the team that claimed him drops to #12 on the waiver priority list and everyone else moves up one slot. Say the #3 team claims Hunter. #4 moves up to #3, #5 moves up to #4, and so on. The team that had #3 and claimed Hunter falls to the bottom of the list at #12.
Hope that helps.
