Left the game today after fouling a pitch off his knee. Is there any update of his injury - is he ging to miss any games?

I don't really have anyone to replace him either unless Granderson gets recalled and hits like crazy. In my league (using XR for points), Bay has been a top 10 bat so far this year, and I've been depending on him for CF, which is scarcer than LF/RF for production in this league.

It looked pretty severe when it happened, but McClendon left him in. The following inning he limped after a Johnny Estrada single and was removed from the game.

In Yahoo's game summary recap, at the bottom under "Notes":

Bay fouled a ball off his left knee in the fifth inning and departed in the sixth with a bruised knee. ``I'm fine,'' he said.

Well, it sounds like at least Bay himself doesn't think it's bad (so far). And there's no mention of X-Rays or MRIs yet, so maybe it's really no big deal -- maybe he'll just miss a day or two w/ a bad bruise.

During the game Yahoo's notes said he left the game with a left knee contusion. I just suffered a contusion on Thursday on my elbow. It hurt like hell for a day, was swollen the next, then the swelling went down, and now my elbow's alright. I hope Bay's knee heals as fast as my elbow .
