Update: Helton, on the disabled list because of a strained calf, is expected to start a rehabilitation assignment with Double-A Tulsa on Sunday, the Rocky Mountain News reports.

Recommendation: If Helton experiences no setbacks he is eligible to be reinstated next Tuesday.

OK, say that Helton comes back then on Tuesday. If you have him, Morneau, and Hafner, which 2 would you start? I know this is a start/bench question but it stems from the previous reply, so hamster.......eat some cheese!

If Helton is healthy I would play him as they are at home all week.

Don't know who to sit between the other two. Isn't Hafner hurt?

I just picked him up off the waivers earlier in the week and at first I thought it might be a season-ending injury, thus the drop. But it's only a calf strain, you could get one of those from doing the Doggie, and it feels fine in a day or so. I'm not worried about him and can't wait to start him but out of Ortiz, Konerko, Hafner, and Helton with only 3 available spots, who do i start?? :-o

i wouldnt bench hafner in favor of helton.
