If I had a choice of Tim McCarver or Scooter explaining an off-speed pitch to me, I'd choose Scooter everytime.

I mean, this is the network that brought us "The Littlest Groom" and "Who's Your Daddy?."

Compared to most of the crap they air, Scooter is a crowning achievement of Fox programming.
