Best Coaching Job Ever?

Postby BronXBombers51 » Sat Jul 30, 2005 11:13 am

In light of how poorly this team has been constructed, and with all of the injuries and turmoil surrounding the Yankees, I'd say that if the Yankees make the playoffs this year, it will be Torre's best coaching job of his career. To overcome all of these crippling injuries is pretty great. I'm surprised they're even in contention right now. Sure he makes some questionable calls, but the overall result is what counts. Thoughts, comments?

Agreed Torre does deserve some credit for a admirable job done in a difficult situation
