Manny was just removed from the game?

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Interesting deal, makes sense for all teams involved.
I guess from the Sox point of view its just about shifting Manny before he gets the power to veto trades, and to clear payroll. But really it frees them up to go after a bigtime bat in the offseason.

Steve Stone had mentioned on PTI a scenario of ARam and CPAt to the Red Sox for Manny and Mueller.

Give me Hanley and I'll be happy with anything else. He'd give us a legit SS for the future. We could move Upton to the corner, have Cantu at 2nd, and Bankston at 1B. That's a darn good infield. Throw in Delmon, Crawford, Rocco, and Joey/Elijah, and you've got a pretty good team.

Sorry that was supposed to be a reply on another baseball forum. I'm posting on like 10 boards and getting mighty confused. Anyway it appears that is not correct. !+)

That is the question that perhaps determines the outcome of my big money league, I hope for my sake it is Baez. Can anyone voice an opinion?

Forget the man crush. I drop what I'm doing to watch Zack Greinke pitch.
