The card's #'d 188/199 and it doesn't have a stripe on the jersey piece. The card code, serial, or whatever you call it is BS-RC.

Can someone give me a Beckett value on this or an estimated price in the future? I picked it up in February or March when the card generally had little worth off eBay for $9. I see it selling on eBay now for higher prices, there's a buy it now for $120, but I'm wondering if that's near the actual value .

Sweet card!

Hard to speculate about its future value. With a card like this, it could be at its peak now, or it could jump if he starts hitting the cover off the ball.

If you're looking to make a profit, I guess there are two ways of looking at it: either sell it now so that you definitely wind up in the black, or hold on, hope for the best, and say that even if it does drop, you didn't invest too much in the first place anyway. Probably depends on your overall way of looking at things. :-)

Then again, I collect for fun, not money, so I might not be the best person to offer advice here... :-?

$40? I'd hang on to it myself. There's a decent chance he gets the ROY, and that would skyrocket the price. Even if he doesn't win the ROY, I'd still hang on to it for now. It's a good card to own. :-)
