I'm listening to the Royals White Sox on ESPN while playing poker and i hear steve stone say:

"runelvys hernandez comes to the mound listed at 6'2 and an optimistic 205 pounds, 245 if you count the other leg, that's what is listed in the media guide."

WOW we all knew that stone is a good commentator but I didnt know just how far he'd go to bring us inside information. :-D

Forget the man crush. I drop what I'm doing to watch Zack Greinke pitch.

Stone's great, as a Cubs fan Im pretty angry he isnt back in the WGN booth. He tells it like it is, how it should be.

What made the statement interesting is that when I first heard it I could have sworn he was referring to Hernandez's 40 lb. "hanging member" which by the way might be some kind of record. 8-o

A manly insight, no doubt.

I think Stone's reputation has risen since he left the Cubs. Good for him.

i think he just meant that hernandez is fat, the other leg crack meaning that hernandez weighs 205 if he stands on the scale with just one leg - if he puts his full weight on the scale by standing on it with both legs he'd weight 245.

there was a similar crack like that in Moneyball.

Yeah but I liked Gary Thorne calling Berroa "BerroHAH" all stinking game long.
