Bret Boone's days with the Twins may be numbered if he doesn't pick things up offensively.

He looks washed up to me. Not just because of his offense, but he is also playing very uninspiring defense for a former gold glover. Some of those misplays in the series vs the Tigers were pitiful.

Yeah, I'd be willing to part with those guys for Soriano, too, but realistically speaking, I think he'll be much more expensive than that. The names Francisco Lirano and/or Scott Baker absolutely have to be mentioned if the Twins want Soriano.

I wouldn't part with Scott Baker if I were the Twinkies though. He seems pretty legit and he is probably better than Lohse, Mays and Silva already.
