Your offense looks solid - you might try to upgrade your pitching staff a little. You could probably do better than Lilly on the FA list if you're in a 10-team league or less. I'd try that first b/c it might be hard to get value back in a trade for your starting pitchers: Dontrelle's value is dropping and Pettite's perceived value is lower than how he's pitching; I'd keep Morris b/c I think he's gonna pitch just as well in the 2nd half as he has up to now. Your relievers aren't going to bring much back either - they're all doing well enough, but I wouldn't feel too comfortable relying on them long-term.

Have you had Pods all year? If so, send him to the guy in last or 2nd-to-last in steals... or you could try and shop Taveras around since he's been stealing a little bit recently. I think you've got a pretty decent team - Good luck!
