I would say your rotation is in trouble, but by no fault of your own. Injuries have most likely killed you. I think you could definitely do better than Eaton. Maybe trade RJ for another premier or close to premier pitcher. He's in bad shape. Pedro's going to be on and off the DL all season and so will Oswalt. I don't know what your lineup is like, but you should look into trading for a Kerry Wood or Prior-like pitcher who will give you good numbers every week, unlike the less proven guys you have on your staff.
