i'd always be tempted to go power crazy and start throwing people out on the grounds that i don't like their face, or that they were looking at something for too long. man i'd get fired quick...

Yes, but it would have to be proven in court that they threw someone out simply because they are black. Cases like that are always going on the courts. Nothing new.

It wouldn't be very smart business. Generally when the public finds out about this type of incedent the store will be out of business fairly quickly, but actually it still happens.
