First, trading Wang is just an awful idea unless you're getting great value for him. He's been the most consistent starter on the team, is young, throws hard, and has proved he is not phased by New York.
Second, even if it were a smart idea to trade Wang, which is insane, how can they? Who's going to want a guy who's potentially out for the remainder of the season? Any trade value he had went out the window as soon as he got hurt.
