I'll bend over and touch my ankles if the Yanks bring in Farnsworth as Mo's heir apparent. Bob Howry isn't a bad option in the pen either...

It's good to see that Mo Vaughn is available as well.

I think J. Brent Cox was drafted as Mo's heir apparent.

I mean, as a Braves fan, only Wagner, Clemens and maybe Giles seem apealing. Theres no Beltran/Delgado out there thats for sure.

I've seen him throw in the College WS and he looked to be pretty good but dominating college hitters and dominating ML hitters is a completely different ballgame. I'd like to see him slide in around June/July next year for a little sniff if he does well in the minors but I'd like a more established guy in there given that F Rodriguez is not the answer, Gordon won't be resigned, Sturtze is not an 8th inning guy and shouldn't be our 2nd best reliever, and Cox is likely not ready for something like that. I doubt getting Farnsworth is what the Yanks will do because he's probably the best option out there, moderately priced, throws gas, and isn't old. The Yanks don't like guys like that these days.
