Rotoworld:
Jermaine Dye is out of the lineup tonight with a minor infection in his right leg.
Manager Ozzie Guillen said it might have been caused by a mosquito bite. Dye is available off the bench
Yep, right between his thigh and his butt cheek. Aparently they were worried about him having to slide and making it worse. Still, I have never heard of a bug bite keeping someone out of a game.

It could happen
Recently got a bug bite that swelled up my entire forearm
It hurt just to move it
bites can get nasty, especially if you get an allergic reaction to them. Have to think, though, that it is likely to be a bite by someting other than a mosquito...
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

Yea, I just heard that it probably was a spider bite, which makes more sense. I agree that these kinds of things can get pretty nasty.
