Verlander was a bad pick, ... i'd take a look at Billy Butler, Alex Gordon, or Hunter Pence ..

I actually kind of agree with carter on this, not that I think Verlander was a bad pick at all though. I just like Butler and Gordon more than Verlander once everything is said and done, not sold on Pence at all though yet. IMO they are safer picks and still show great potential, but if you needed a SP ... Verlander was a good pick.
