Maddux has always been my all time favorite pitcher since his Atlanta heyday, and this makes it even better. Great story. ;-D

Am I the only 1 who was on the fence about what type of guy he was?? I just didn't know. I was on the fence as to whether he would be a really nice guy or a cocky guy. Glad that he went to the good side. ;-D

i had never really thought about what kind of guy he was, but it's still nice to see that he's a good one.

Wow, even as a Mets fan who hated him all through the 90's, this is a great act. ;-D

Doesn't take him but 2 minutes to do, and the memories will last this kid a lifetime.
