Who Closes For Phillies?

If Wagner is traded that means the Phillies feel they are out of it. So what difference does it make if Urbina closes and sucks? They won't be going anywhere anyway. They could give the batboy the closers job. Lose by 5 games or 25 games . You still lose.

I don't think he is looking at it as a Phillies are gonna lose, he is looking at it from a FBB perspective by maybe grabbing their closer to help his closers if Wagner gets traded
You stay away from it. Because you are weird.

I have to agree that if Wagner goes, Urbina should go as well. If you are deciding that you are not a contender, which is a prerequsitie to trading Wagner, why would you bother keeping Urbina and letting him walk for no return in the off season?

urbina will definitely be the closer if wagner is dealt. uggie has allowed exactly 0 hits in his last 8 appearances since july 3.
