i didn't read through them all but one of my favorites is after saying the usual " you suck" it is followed by "you're only good for completing a set!"

some guy in SD said that to Todd Hollandsworth when he played for Colorado a couple years ago. Eventually the whole left field bleacher section was chanting his name and he flipped us the bird a couple times. It was great ;-D

We chanted "Vernon Wells is the meanest, he sucks the biggest" well, you get the idea. He laughed and tipped his hat. It was a proud moment for the bleacher creatures.
