O.K. Let me give this a try. It is just a misunderstanding. The boy thinks that this farmer is requesting that Howard impregnate his daughter while the farmer has obviously come by to tell the father that Howard has already impregnated his daughter.

The boy doesn't understand that the girl's father is not happy about Howard getting his daughter pregnant, instead, the boy is trying to figure out what his father charges for Howard to get a girl pregnant and what the girl's father owes for it.

It's pretty silly, but still funny.

I think Hong Fu needs some humor homework.

First, go rent - Blazing Saddles, Animal House, Caddyshack, Airplane, Tommy Boy, Old School, The Jerk, Beverly Hills Cop, all three Naked Guns, and anything by Nation Lampoons.

Second - Watch all the movies multiple times until you get EVERY joke. (don't be afraid to ask someone)
