What's up with this young guy? Last season, he looked like he was going to be a monster and he produced well early in the year, but he's been very average for a couple of months now. I just read in a Min paper that Gardenhire and a couple of scouts say that he's pulling off of the ball. Any Twin fans out there think his swing is just messed up or is he overhyped.

Check back in about 365 days. If he's still in the same boat then I'll start to get concerned. God forbid you're a 24 year old playing your first full season and you struggle......

Stupid manager hasn't been playing him in the cleanup spot for a while now. He has been batting near the bottom of the lineup.
Thats a big mistake when, its also a large part why the Twins haven't been winning too much over the last month or 2.
They have a different batting order almost every night. Its so stupid to do that, hitter need to be in the same spot to get comfortable.

I agree, I'll probably end up drafting him late next year and he might actually be one of the best first basemen.
