Any recent info on him?

When is he coming off the DL?
Is he rehabbing in the minors yet?

Mark Loretta (thumb) is expected to begin a minor league rehab assignment Thursday.
The Padres are targeting a July 19 return for Loretta. ''My return will come exactly eight calendar weeks since I had the surgery,'' Loretta said.

Any chance Jackson gets some time at 3rd, or horn into Greenes PT? He's been playing great. You'd think they need to get him ABs on a regular basis.

When Loretta returns, should be the 19th, Jackson will be the Pads primary 3B, with Burroughs being sent to AAA. Unless the Pads make a move for a 3B

How likely is this to happen? I've decided to finally drop Craig Wilson since he's DLd again, and I was looking at Damian Jackson. I don't want to pick hime up if he's not going to be playing that often, especially since we have weekly lineups, and losing a bat after tuesday would be bad.
