Oops, better switch to another feminist bandwagon! How about that Danica Patrick? I mean, she took 4th and 13th! And now she is 2nd to start the race! What a stride for women everywhere!
I know this is a little late but the kid she beat, Jim Renner, is my roommate's best friend, Renner is absolutely NASTY, he didn't play too well on the front 9 but was 2 under on the back. Look out for him in the future
Thanks chipper!!!!
There is such a thing called clutch and David Ortiz is the modern day definition of it

Now, is Wie good enough? I don't think so just yet, but down the road a few years is a whole different story.
Time will tell.
i agree. if Manon Rhéaume was good enough to play with Tampa's farm team, i don't see why Wie can't play golf with mens.
and she's probably the only one who makes me not change the channel when i see golf on sprots news.
I forgot all about this, but Liz Johnson became the first woman to make a Professional Bowler's Tour finals this past year, so maybe that's part of why it doesn't bother me in the least if a woman competes with the men. If she's good enough, she will do well. If not, she will lose. I have no issues with them trying.
